Categories will give you a general direction, but what you build is totally up to you, as long as it fits the theme. Participants will come up with projects based on a pre-set list of approved categories.

Pretty much--Various GTM-related categories will be defined. All builds must fall within these set categories. To encourage building from scratch, these categories will be revealed a few days before the hackathon.
Yes. You may create your own team of 2-3 individuals. Or you may compete on your own.
Anything you want. Teams will likely be using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Clay, Lovable, Claude Code, ad networks, Figma, Notion, etc.
No. All participants will be allocated budget to purchase any needed software licenses for the duration of the event. Feel free to use any existing licenses you may already have.
This hackathon is targeted toward GTM engineers. This could include marketing, advertising, sales, RevOps, client success, and other professionals with a GTM-related role. This event is for vibe-builders, not software engineers 😛.
The goal of this event is to bring together GTM engineers of all backgrounds and experience levels. If you’ve been curious about building GTM tools but haven’t had the chance to dive in, this is the perfect place to start. Come learn, create, and be part of the vibe!
